After You Purchase

  • Login credentials Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique username and password for the subscriber area. Both are case-sensitive, so please save them somewhere safe.
  • Delivery time Your confirmation email will arrive within 12 hours of purchase. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. We also recommend adding our email address to your contacts to ensure IFT alerts reach your inbox.
  • Account sharing Your login credentials are for your personal use only. Please keep them somewhere safe and do not share them. See our Member Agreement for full terms.
  • Cancelling a recurring plan The Monthly Plan and Annual Plan renew automatically through PayPal (the Lifetime Pass is a one-time payment and never renews). To cancel a recurring plan before your next renewal date, log in to your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, find ThriftTrading, and cancel from there. You can also email us at services@thrifttrading.com and we will handle it for you. You retain full access through the end of your current paid period.
